Lisa Morrissey, President

Lisa brings more than 16 years of training, public relations, sales, marketing, research and development, and customer relations experience to LIDO Consulting Group. Her diverse professional background includes:

• sales and marketing director of two major, local newspapers
• assistant director, teacher trainer and marketing manager for a local tutoring center
• educator, team leader, curriculum standards coordinator and student advisor, middle school
• radio reporter and producer of a program at a local radio station
• volunteer fundraiser and public relations advocate for two major non-profit organizations
• co-founder of LIDO Consulting Group, founded in 2006

Growing up on the South Shore with an extended family full of entrepreneurs and small business owners, Lisa understands the challenges and rewards of running a business. While earning her B.A. in history, sociology and political science from Northeastern University, and her Masters in Teaching from Boston University, Lisa discovered that her true passion lies in understanding and helping people. This is what fuels her desire to partner with local businesses and non-profit organizations in order to help them to grow, and why she co-founded LIDO Consulting Group.


Donna Mavromates

Donna brings over 15 years of marketing and project management experience to LIDO Consulting Group. She has enjoyed a variety of roles, including:

• a marketing communications director for a major Boston-based financial services company
• an owner of a salon and day spa
• a coordinator for an academic program for a major local newspaper
• a PTO board member- responsible for all of the PTO’s marketing efforts
• a freelance marketing consultant for local, home-based entrepreneurs
• a mom to beautiful and energetic twin girls

While marketing is her passion, Donna can also find her way around a spreadsheet, having earned her M.B.A. in Marketing from Babson College and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Boston College. She resides in Quincy with her husband, her daughters and her faithful puppy, Elliot
